Lead Time and Delivery

The shipping method and shipping costs will be determined based on your order size and location. The lowest cost shipping method will be used. We will update your order with the shipping costs and send it back to you for approval. You can approve orders via your My Account / Pending Orders page. Standard orders for stock merchandise are processed and shipped in approx. 3-5 days. Orders for custom items may take up to 6-8 weeks.

Therefore, we reserve the right to change pricing on, or discontinue an item without notice where conditions or availability warrant.

Payment

Our payment terms are Net 10 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise noted. If you are not on payment terms with us, your options are outlined in the “Open an Account” section.

Shipping & Handling

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select, and Saturday Delivery are available upon request, though additional charges apply. Other carriers (FedEx, USPS), freight carriers (Old Dominion) or local couriers are also available upon request.

International Shipments

Contact our Customer Service Department regarding

international shipments. In most cases, any and all shipping

and handling charges are prepaid and added to your order.

As a convenience, we can bill the charges directly to you if a valid UPS or FedEx account number is provided.
