Return Policy

Returns are subject to authorization from our Customer Service Department. They may be reached at 973-537-0090 or customerservice@blancind.com. A 20% restocking fee will apply. There are NO RETURNS on custom items.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you receive your order damaged, please do not open or unpack it. Instead, immediately notify the delivery driver as well as our Customer Service Department. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly. The same process applies if your order was lost in transit. You may contact us at any time for tracking information.

Claims: All damaged or missing items must be reported 15 days from time of delivery.
